Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL), the country’s second largest car manufacturer and the largest exporter since inception, today unveiled the first design sketch of its newest and India’s First Connected SUV – Hyundai VENUE. The VENUE symbolizes a 3rd SPACE which is trendy, unique, stylish and perfect for Hyundai’s newest connected SUV, crafted with Creative Thinking Covering All The Necessities.
The concept behind the VENUE embodies the characteristics of ‘the place to be’, en route to the final destination, wherever that may be. From everyday workplace activities to weekend fun, VENUE is a great fit in accommodating busy lifestyles with an abundance of playful and practical features including seamless safety, versatility and connectivity.
The SUV gets remote engine start/stop feature along with remote operated climate control, remote door lock/unlock, remote horn and light control, find my car location, remote vehicle status check and share my car app as well. Safety features includes auto crash notification and assistance, panic notification, road side assistance and emergency assistance.
The artificial english includes interative voice recognition that is synced with Indian english. Hyundai has also provided the Venue with location based services like the real-time traffic information, real time vehicle tracking, push maps by call centre, push map from app and also schedule linked destination setting.
The car will also feature stolen vehicle notification, stolen vehicle tracking and stolen vehicle immobilisation. Vehicle relationship management, as Hyundai calls it, also provides with monthly vehicle health report, auto and manual DTC check and driving behaviour information. Alert services include speed alert, geo fence alert, idle alert, time fencing alert and valet alert as well.
